Getting your login.
Residents and association homeowners receive a welcome email from KMD when their account is set up.
- 1Look for the portal welcome email from KMD (check spam or junk).
- 2Click the link in the email to create your password.
- 3Log in any time from the Resident Login button at the top of every page.
